Insidehouse & Outside house, Takeshi Hosaka Architects
This exciting piece of architecture caught my eye when I was skimming through a book of the great small sized architecture. Currently in Tokyo, Japan it provides two independent units and houses a family. The house allows fluid movement from inside space to outside space as well as between the 2 structures. the view and sight is also planned in such a way that it flows between the structures and the spaces. This great piece of architecture really pushes the conventions and the ideas of how far architecture can go in our modern world.
This picture was taken during the new years eve of 2009 where me and a few friends went over by the lake side to roast marshmallows. Although we only had a few candles to roast the marshmallows, i found it an extremely joyous and lovely time and captured this memory with my then phone camera. I found that the picture came out quite well with the glow in the middle of a circle of friends celebrating together.
